Peter Wyss

Peter has accumulated wide experiences from different industries, working at senior positions in Telecom RF-sales, industrial and Medical electronic development, as well as Training and Coaching of electronic engineers based on the Swiss government curriculum. After a consulting assignment for project management, his international career started. The last position that he held was as project manager for a large railway project for the Malaysian government.

Peter was born and raised in Switzerland. His background and upbringing are the origin of his winning attitude and his professionalism. He graduated with a BSc and a MBA from College of Bern, Switzerland. The certification as an NLP practitioner and the certification as a Professional Coach are supporting the holistic background.

He has worked with big multinational companies involved in engineering for 10 years - 4 years with Ascom (Switzerland) and 6 years with Siemens (Switzerland), both in Malaysia and overseas Throughout his career, small and large projects for the Swiss government and the Malaysian government has been successfully accomplished. While at Ascom, Peter was the examinations adjudicator for apprentices in electronic degree. Besides that, he researched and developed a microprocessor system which was sold to companies as the standard for the electronic degree as per national curriculum.

Peter has throughout his career, acquired wide practical competencies from construction, engineering, managing, project management, sales, and operations from various companies. Peter's versability and wide industry experiences and education background, enable him to learn, apply and teach the best management practices of Swiss, German and Malaysian multinational organizations.

Peter has demonstrated a passion for transferring knowledge of young and senior managers in his career. Peter has studied and researched through books, audio books and seminars from renowned trainers and speakers on subjects performing management, leadership, learning and coaching.

Peter's training are based on personal experience and can be applied immediately due to the practical approach. Peter is very result oriented which is founded on efficient and effective principles.
